Position: Assistant - Community Dining
Location: 61 Woolwich Street North, Breslau, ON, Canada
Impact Statement: Community dining provides socially isolated seniors and adults with disabilities with the opportunity to share a hot noon-hour meal, expand their social network and participate in a recreational activity. By sharing your time, you will help alleviate loneliness and isolation, improving their quality of life.
Description: Assist with serving food, room set-up/take-down, interact and chat with clients and also participate in a recreational activity that is prepared by coordinators.
Training Details: Community Dining Coordinator is always available to discuss concerns and to provide ongoing support, as needed.

CSC offers regular volunteer educational workshops on various topics. All volunteers are notified of upcoming sessions.
Duration: More than 1 year
Timing: Weekday - Daytime
Time Detail: Flexible time commitment. Program runs 11:30am - 1:30pm, the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month.
Age: 18+
