Position: Group Volunteer - Child and Youth Resilience Project
Location: 65 Hanson Avenue, Kitchener, ON, Canada
Impact Statement: A two-year project to create equal programming opportunities for all children and youth faced with adversity. The programs help children/youth to develop assets.
Description: The following groups are in need of volunteers: Creative Space, a visual art group; Family Arts with the Kitchener-Waterloo Art Gallery; Child and Youth Music Club; Theatre group and Gym Drop-in.
Training Details: Please contact us for the next Pre-service training dates. Training will take place at The Family Centre, 65 Hanson, Kitchener.
Duration: 7 - 12 months
Timing: Weekday - Evening
Time Detail: Groups are run on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
Age: 18+
