Position: Carizon Ambassador - Community Development
Location: 400 Queen Street South, Kitchener, ON, Canada
Impact Statement: Carizon is a multi-service community organization committed to improving the future of individuals and families through supportive, therapeutic and preventative programs. This role provides support to Carizon programs by helping to enhance knowledge and increase visibility of the agency in the community.
Description: Will represent Carizon at information events in the community; visit community locations to distribute agency materials for display and information purposes; keep up-to-date on the services that Carizon offers; set-up and man displays upon request.
Training Details: Organizational information training will be provided prior to beginning your role. On-going support will be provided. Reimbursement for expenses/mileage with prior approval.
Working Conditions: Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to transport and set-up displays.
Duration: 4 - 6 months
Timing: Anytime
Time Detail: To start in January 2018.
3-5 hrs a month as needed; on-going.
Some evenings and weekends required
Various locations in the Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge area.
